Grief touches us emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Whether you’ve lost a loved one, experienced a major life change, or are anticipating a loss, you deserve a space to process your pain and begin to find meaning and connection again.
Grief is lifelong and evolves as we do. How we experience and express it can shift at every stage of life. I see my role as a companion in this journey. While our grief doesn’t disappear, because our love doesn’t, healing is possible. Through art-making and conversation, clients often find ways to honor their loved ones, externalize pain, and give shape to memories that feel too heavy to hold alone.
